Harry Hung is the Executive Chef of Hexa, a restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui that serves a unique dining expeirence made of authentic Cantonese cuisine with the chef’s comtemporary twist. Chef Hung has more than 20 years of experience having worked in prestigious Chinese Restaurants in Hong Kong, including those of the Mandarin Oriental and Royal Garden hotels and the Peak.
Chef Hung has constantly enriched his cuisine by introducing new ingredients and drawing inspiration from other cuisines and has been able to reflect the flavors of other Chinese regional cuisines in the tone of the Cantonese one. Not by chance he is the director of the Hong Kong International Culinary Exchange Association. In addition, Chef Hung is particularly committed to the original taste of ingredients and attaches great importance to theirs source and quality.
